Cleveland Fire Department EMT Found Not Guilty of Sexually Assaulting a Child

Twenty-year veteran Cleveland Fire Department EMT was accused of digitally penetrating a seven-year-old female child that his wife was babysitting. The client was exposed to a mandatory penitentiary sentence and the end of his career if convicted.

Marein and Bradley investigated the child’s background and learned from school records that the child consistently was being disciplined for excessive lying.
